Dear All,
I need your help on this following condition.
if a sales person is on a tour for period of 30 days. During this tour period he is entitled to get his weekly off. He is not a confirmed employee. on tour he worked for all 30 days including Sunday as well.
so here are my queries -
1 - is he entitled to get his weekly off in any other month after coming back from tour?
2 - will company pay to him for Sunday as well/or carry forward his weekly off?
3 - Or both

Dear Kishan,
1. yes he is entitled for compensatory off for 4 Sundays.
2. Hope he will be eligible for travel expenses and Food/accomodation expenses by the company. Just give him 4 compensatory off.
If you are paying for 26 days you have to pay him 30 days or 4 days paid leave/CO.
Else if you are paying for 30 days just give CO. if any national festival holiday is there you have to pay 1 day extra salary/CO for that festival day.
