It is true that the importance cannot be determined here, because the qualification and skills required for a sales executive and a sales cashier are different. As an example if you are running a textile shop, depending on the sales turnover and customer segment the job specifications would vary.
On a general note, for a sales executive one may prefer more of customer interactive experience on the marketing side, while for a sales cashier more of finance related book keeping knowledge may be a preference or experience on payment accounting software.
It all depends on various factors, which cannot be summed up in a short note for determining importance.
