HI All,
Recently(2 months back) i joined a health care IT company in Hyderabad. during interview, i have checked and got confirmed that the position is for a project specific and not for a pool. after joining here i came to know that i have been taken for a pool and this is the same case with many of my colleagues since last 4 months.
so can i try now and join any other company in this case or what should i need to do kindly advice.
Thanks.

Hi,
Please check your offer and terms and conditions. Normally, with regard to termination of contract of employment, it is a mutually agreed term where in you can buy the notice period or serve. under shops and establishement act, it is maximum of one month both for probation or permanent employment. After serving for one month service, there is no legl binding on you. you can happily seek separation. if this is not happening you can seek intervention of Commissioner of Labour for a redressal

Hi
1) query
Reply : if if is on your request and company demands to pay back the relocation expenses, you need to else no. Most likely company may demand, mentally prepare for payment of relocation expenses other than hotel expenses, if is a moral binding to oblize.
2) query
Reply : you need to explain, what happend in two months. No body expects any special out put or skill acquisition in a short span of 2 months, it is most likely ignored , if you are fresher. It may lead to apprehensions, please clear in the first instance.
