Sir,
Sec:3 of Child and Adolescent labour Act prohibits employment only in occupations and processes. What is occupation and process is nowhere defined. In the absence of definition, it is difficult to assess what is occupation and process. Many of the shops and establishments fall outside the purview of occupation and process. There appears to be a definition inserted in the Act for " occupation and process.
