I am working at limited company from 28years most obedience and work where ever placed including other states. Due to takeover of ownership suddenly served termination without specifying any reason with immediate effect in 2012. All dues eligible paid from Registered office only including salary. But challenging the jurisdiction of the Assistant Commissioner of Labour of the Registered Office area to pursue the dispute. Is it justified please advice the legal position.

Sir, As per your post, the actual incident happened way back in 2012. Hence, it is better to pursue this case.

Yes. As the Assistant Commissioner passed in favour of management but appeal to the Deputy commissioner passed that the registered Office area Assistant Commissioner have jurisdiction to resolve the issues but the management gone to Andhra Pradesh High court in 2017. But Hon'ble high court not yet resolved this simple jurisdiction issue since 2017. Waiting for Hon'ble High Court orders. To speed up for orders may be advised or other alternative for justice.
