Dear All,
Am working as HR with a software company in Mumbai having focus on niche technologies.
This year, we are planning to recruit interns with an intention to provide them a full-time job opportunity after successful completion of their project. As the organization is investing on training and nurturing the interns during their project, we are expecting commitment of atleast 1-2 years from the candidates after they join us for full-time employment.
To make this work and give desired result, please suggest different options in engaging the interns. Can we introduce employment bond ? If yes, please suggest process in implementing bond and share some bond agreement template.
Thanks,
-Ramesh Yadav

Hello Ramesh Yadav,
This topic was discussed in a different context--Breaking of Bond--in this Forum many times earlier.
Pl see @ the right of this thread--you will find some of the earlier postings. Or you can use the 'Find Info' feature @ the top of this screenpage.
Suggest read thru them & you will get an idea of how to handle the Bond--which per se is NOT illegal, as long as you have ALL the training Documentation in place.
All the Best.
