Hello, for a start-up software company, contract necessary like one-year contracts, or are there any other options?

Being a start up company, it is advisable to go for one year contract for services like security, house keeping, catering etc with a provision to extend it by another year on the same terms and conditions. It is better to outsource such activities and do it through established contractors, petty contractors may do the work cheaply and without any formality . In the long run it will be better to avail services of established contractors and with proper documentation,

Hello Charul,
Please specify which type of contracts you want to know about.
As mentioned by Mr. KK, if your concern is related to support services, then yes hiring all support services through contractors is really helpful for a startup firm, because for a new company it is very difficult to manage such small tasks on regular basis.
For such services there is no need to go for long term contracts.
