Hi Ash:p,
Trust you are doing well!!!
I highly commend your feedback and thx for considering it so prominently. The suggestions provided by you people will definitely help me in moving ahead in my career.
Ash, as per my prospective, Now a days companies are hiring the HR carrying the degree of law, which prevent them for hiring any other person in regard to law matter from industry, so they prefer blended knowledge of both the subjects.
As far as your suggestion is concerned, it is also helpful while managing the people, knowing their physchology, evaluating and understanding their concern. So, that would also remain in the pipeline but currently am endeavoring to prioritize the things for proliferating in the career. Request you to add some spice in the conversation by endorsing the names of some good institutes offering such physchometric qualification.
Kindly modify me in case of concern, as your suggestion do matter for me.

Hi Archana The course LLb is a good option. You can do LLB in Labour Laws and Companies Act. This would add good weightage for your career.. All the best Regards Valli

wht abt if you get an assigment (better opportunity) out of india, I believe you should focus on which is widely accepted and recognized. In this liberal economy you should focus on future,as this world is changing so fast.

As adviced by Ash,vikas,vipin.....i will also suggest u 2 go for LL.B..it will broaden your profile...Labour law diploma also be considered...Wat to choose it is totally depend on your interest and Time u want 2 spend..bcz LL.B is 3 yr course...If u don't have so much time then many universities offering gd labour law course....
