Dear Hruniridehonda,

I conduct the training programmes on "Employee Engagement". Employee engagement depends on the employee motivation. I have done extensive reading on this subject.

It is a myth to believe that the some games improve employee engagement. It is physical engagement and not necessarily mental engagement. There are cases wherein notwithstanding the physical games at the workplace, mental disaffiliation remained as it is.

Employee motivation is very complex issue. If some games were to improve the motivation, then there was no need for MBA course as such. I have given list of the factors on which employee motivation depends in one of my earlier posts. Click the following link to refer it:

Howsoever, company bad may be employee motivation depends on the inspiring manager. There is no substitute to the inspiration of the manager.

If you wish any kind of consulting activities on Employee Engagement, feel free to contact me.

Thanks,

Dinesh Divekar
