Hello, You may use PI (Predictive Index) psychometric testing. This is available from Thomas profiling. This can be used for employees at all levels. Regards Yusuf Kanthawala

Dear Mr. Mohan
As a Trainer, it is not mandatory for you to acquire LEADERSHIP SKILLS or MANAGEMENT..."A SKILL IS MEANT TO BE DEMONSTRATED BUT NOT BE OWNED".
A) you need to understand HUMAN PSYCHOLOGY (ATTITUDE, BEHAVIOUR) and all TRAITS/SKILLS that differentiate HUMAN BEINGS itself.
B) Your objective for being a trainer will define what skills you need to acquire..
With profound regards

Dear Mohan
As a corporate HR trainer/professional, trg on leadership would fall in your ambit. In fact, leadership is an art that is required at every level & every field. Understanding of human psychology would be essential to do justice to HR functions & its trg thereof.

Hi Mohan,
Just came across one more tool, which I feel best suits your requirement. Its known as BEI (Behavioral Event Interviews). This is a mix of Psychology & Human Resource Management. There are agencies in Pune who run this certification program, you may want to google this and check it out.
Best Regards

Dear Mohan Shashank
You have put a very interesting discussion across.
In my view, Leadership and management are like a railway track, they never meet but, are useless without each other, one compliments the existence of the other and make the train run smoothly.
Human resource management draws a lot of cues from psychology for eg: the theories of learning and motivation. organisation change and Behaviour is no exception too, defense mechanisms, stress and others are for instance concepts very relevant to human psychology.
For further discussion any one concept may be chosen and discussed in detail.
