Hi
Welcome to the world of Training and Development. I would suggest that you attend a good Train The Trainer Program where you will get the basics of training. After that you can read up, download and seek help from professionals.

Thanks for sharing shital.
There are three types of training need analysis : organizational need analysis, job need analysis, and person need analysis. Organizational need analysis begins with an examination of the short and long-term objectives of the organization and the trends that are likely to affect these objectives.

You of course can help yourself with some training needs analysis, however, since you and the company's new, you may pick up some programs that are already there in the market. For example - customer service, sales-skills, accent neutralisation etc. as applicable to your BPO.
Your main focus right now should be - 1. groom and motivate (retain) the employees 2. how to do that with training programs - your programs should be so good and comprehensive that they train them on all real-life circumstances.
You can eat up this site or can go to trainingzone.co.uk and make sure that you develop a reading and a thinking for constant improvement habit.
I also welcome you to read my (few) blogs on my training insights. Link's in my signature.
Do let me know if you need more assistance :)
