Hello Professionals, I have 3+ years of experience in Human Resources. I would further like to make my career in the L&D Domain.
Basically I'm looking for a certication to be done. Please advice if I can do "Train the Trainer" programme. Also which institutes offer this programme and if can also be done through Mumbai University? Suggestions apart from doing the certification are welcome.
Thank You,
Rupali

Hi
The most well known formal TTT program is offered by the Indian Soceity for Training and Development, New Delhi ( http://www.istd.co.in ) This is a fairly comprehensive program but is also lengthy program. If the idea is to quickly delve into training by leveraging the learning from some short term TTT it is best you do a google search and then do some additional research about the faculty, the course contents and the possibility of getting some practical training exposure before you join in.
I would also suggest you go through my reply in the following link https://www.citehr.com/493346-how-ca...a-trainer.html which will give you some valuable insights into how you can successfully set forth on your journey as a trainer.
Wish you the very best in your endevour to join the L&D domain and hopefully become an effective trainer too.
Regards

Hi Rupali,
One of the best known Train the Trainer programme is conducted by NIESBUD,New Delhi in collaboration with IFC (International Finance Corporation, which is a training wing of World Bank).
NIESBUD-National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development. They usually conduct one or two programs in a year and details will be available on their website.
First you need to attend a 4/5 day workshop and then complete the assignment given to you. Then you would be given the completion certificate. After this if you are still interested you can go upto to the Master Trainer certification.
Its worth attending this program.
Cost- around 15,000/-
Wishing you all the best.
