Dear Aparna,

Good to note that you would take up internal trainer programme. You may teach them the presentation skills to begin with. However, any training has to have focus on change. Therefore, before trainers conduct training, they should be absolutely clear what organisational change they will bring by conducting training. When your focus is on organisation, your concentration will shift from personal to the organisational change.

Examples of organisational change are customer satisfaction index, various ratios related to the various departments.
