Hello, I work in a reputed IT MNC. I had signed up a Employment Bond with my organization for 2 Years. I still have 1 Year left to serve the bond period.
However I got a better opportunity and I'd like to move out. However unlike most other questions founded on internet related to Bond and Resignation, I don't have any issue paying the Bond Amount to my Employer / Organization.
But I'd like to resign and grab the better opportunity. Now I'm not sure can my employer still reject my resignation or in any other way hold my releasing letter and not allowing me to leave? Please remember I have no issues paying the bond amount to my employer.
If yes, then in such case what can I do legally (or in any other way, that works) to leave the current organization with release letter.
