I have joined IBM and worked for 1.8 years there. I was terminated from there for submitting false food bills with immediate effect. I got experience letter but not release letter. After that I worked for a small company for 5.5 years. I recently got an offer from TCS. Will there be any problem BGC for TCS regarding IBM termination.

Really cannot say. Depends on how deep the BGC is. But what was the need to do such a petty violation and submit false claims. Lesson to be learnt.
