Hope you are doing well, I am writing this message to seek your well experienced views on how can i engage my employees in the current festive season.
I take care of north as a region and was planning to do something creative for my employees this diwali. We have been doing Hi Tea, ethnic clothes etc since quite long so can you help me out with some interesting games or activities which i can do separately on each floor for my employees, which can help create a buzz on the floor and enlighten a festive mood.

I understand that wellness is not the area of focus right now. In almost all the organizations we are associated with we did find that Wellness Initiatives were present.
However, if you give us an opportunity to showcase our services which focus completely on wellness of an individual. unlike any other regular activity, We raise health awareness among each employees and at the end of the day a healthy employee is an asset to the organization.
Also there is a very huge advantage as we conduct Wellness Assessment for your employees, according to the WHO (World Health Organization) Standards.
This Assessment provides massive insight for both Individuals and Management to take an informed decision as to what kind of Wellness is the need of the hour.
