i will abscond from a U.S based company next month.
but i want to secure my amount of PF.
can anybody suggest me , how can i do this ??
since i have not absconded yet and i willl take further step as suggested.
please help me asap, i have very less time to react.

Hi Bro,
Dont try to abscond, it is not not regarded as good move WRT your career perspective, just give some medical reasons and quit the company.
I quit 2 companies without giving notice using the same tactic :)

Hi,
Lets be honest on this forum of hr,where we all share good experiences and give good advices to leverage the carrier of people in corporate.absconding or leaving company by showing fake reasons is something that no hr will comment or recommend.there are ways out to get separated fm company in a amicable and legal way. This will go a long way in maintaining the carrier image as well as personal growth.

Hi Anki It will not be a good idea to abscond , even if you say you are not well , your reason for leaving here and the one shared with the perspective employer will differ.
