Mr. Arun Jadhav
Don't post the wrong info to HR fraternity
The Official Notification circulated on the Minimum Wages of Maharashtra Govt. twice in a year ( i.e. in Feb & Aug), enforced from Jan & July .
Since the Maha Govt. official notification is awaited, till time one can pay to contract employees the prevailing Min wage rates in scheduled employment.
Hope this is clear .
Thanks

Mr.Anil Sharma & Mr saraswat Banarjee,
for your kind information please note that, minimum wages changes only in 5 to 6 years...
special allowances changes in every 6 months that is called DA dearness allowance.
only you need to add the current DA to the minimum wages & it will give you the current minimum wages.
one more thing DA from Jan-16 to Jun-16 yet to declare.......
when that DA will declare you need to add it to minimum wages which I have sent in my earlier post you will get your current minimum wages.
the attachment which I have sent is 100% correct for next 5 years the same figures will remain only your 6 monthly DA will be declared which you need to add it to the my sent minimum wages.....

Mr Jadav
We are not confused.
You are confused and are insisting on confusing everyone else.
You have shared a notification of 2014
After that 3 notifications have come. The 4th is awaited.
It does not matter whether Only one component changes or both. What people understand and work on is the total minimum wages that is payable. It may have 2 components but counted as a single figure
You have given a notification, without specifying that the rates have changed after that. That is deliberately misleading and on top of that you are indulging in hair splitting.
