Dear Tejas,
As per my understanding it should be:
Basic+DA 8500
HRA 4250
Conveyance Allowance 1600
Medical Allowance 650
Gross 15000
Generally companies calculate basic 50% of gross but as I read on this site that the basic+DA should not be less than minimum wages of the state in which co. operates.
Dear seniors correct me if I am wrong.
Thanking you!!!!
