MBA in International Marketing and BPO job is really a mismatch between the two. Chances for international marketers are quite bright in global firms, like, Colgate-Palmolive, CPC International, Eli Lilly, Gillette, and Nestle. These firms hire candidates for international marketing positions. But most companies choose people who have shown their worth working in domestic operations. Since so many international jobs positions are awarded to personnel within these firms, the best way to obtain such a job is probably by beginning in a domestic sales job for an international company.
So, best of luck.!

Hello Flora,
Further to the option mentioned by PS Dhingra--'best way to obtain such a job is probably by beginning in a domestic sales job for an international company'--pl note that this would essentially mean that you would be restarting your career as a Fresher in MBA-Int'nal Mktg.
While the BPO experience....per se....may not be useful here, the skills you gathered in the BPO job would surely be of use in any BD role.
All the Best.
Rgds,
TS
