Both Naukri and Monster are good - people looking for job opportunities get good references from both. Then, there are certain differences, when it comes to hiring employees.
Naukri - response is fast, to the point, offer of cost is clear.
Monster - take at least one day to respond. and Expensive. Cost offer is not clear, they keep calling you with different prices.
Naukri has a featured employee database for free viewing - check it out to assess for yourself.
careerprospect.net is a new job portal, eager and capable. Fast response, They take the trouble of customizing and pulling out list of candidates with relevant qualifications.
