Dear Bhavana,
Coffee with HR is nothing but the survey we can conduct for satisfaction or to get suggestions from Employees in a different manner. We can have qusesniour ready and can ask the ques to employee when we meet one to one. This way we can have interaction with employees and they even feel that their suggestions counts in the company.
I am yet to prepare a questioner for the same. Once it would be done i will share it.
Any idea about HR NEWSLETTER!!!!
Thanks,
Payal

Dear payal
In your HR newsletter. You can add New joinings in the month, seperations, employee birthday, marriages, New HR policies, Statutory announcement(like change in ESI/PF/Bonus etc.) Promotions, HR awards annoucements, some kind of quiz(in each edition) to employees to solve and reply(attach some prizes for the winner).
YOu can six editions in a year (every alternate month)
take good care
