Hi Neeru,
First you have to insure that you are selected for the interview...for this you have to make good resume which brake the clutter for you...if required take the help of professionals...2nd apply for more job..Use your contact and networks. It will increase your probability of interview.......then you will get chance for showing what you have...knowledge, skills etc......internet is full of information of DO's and Don’ts for getting job.....it's all theoretical gyan ..Practically more interview you give more you will gain...and reach where you want to be....
Discipline, hard work and passions are the key...Best of luck...

Hi Neerja,
As rightly said, first you'll have to have a professionally created resume with you.
Second, prepare yourself for certain analytical & personality test as lot of companies would conduct such tests regardless of which discipline you come from.
Good luck for your future endeavour.

I got a HR interview next Tuesday from one of my dream hotel. Some nervous about the written test with 2-3 hours. I don’t know what kind of test?
