So recruitment has became tough day by day. After working for hrs together not able to end up with good resources.
Not getting genuine candidates who are really serious about a new job.
Would be glad if someone can share a smart way or a thumb rule to be followed to get resources will be great full.

Hi Praveen,
Always have plan B . Means always have backup , now competition is high, opportunity for deserving candidates is also in market, and every company HR is into pressure to close the position asap. So they make lots of offers to the candidate, and candidates is eager to choose what is best for them. So always have backup to 2-3 candidates, and try to search candidate those are looking for job (no working candidates), discuss with candidate and know the reason why they are changing from current company, explain JD, perks and benefit to raise their interest in job. Focus on sites like indeed, LinkedIn, rather than dependency on job portals. Rest ideas can be suggested by seniors here.
Best Wishes.
