I am working in a HR Recruitment Company... I have been using only naukri to source freshers profile... Is there any other way to source fresher profiles apart from free job postings and Naukri, Monster?

There are lot of companies providing training to young fresh graduates who comes out of college. You can just post a small query in this forum or @ LinkedIn, Facebook, Quikr, OLX, Indeed. You will get thousands of responses in your inbox by next week. All you need to prepare a JD, define the salary structure. Thanks.

Hi All,
Greetings for the day!
I also work in a recruitment company and getting hold of a fresher is not so difficult.
1- Naukri portal is one of the best job portal to get hold of any candidate irrespective of his years of experience.
2- Monster, Shine, Indeed, Olx etc. are some of the job portals to find freshers.
3- LinkedIn is also one of the best way to reach them out as i personally believe that students who are out of college will have Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn as basic social media apps in their mobile.
4- Campus drive is one the easiest way as it is free of cost and placement officer in college will also be privileged that his candidates would somehow be placed.
Thanks!

Apart from the options mentioned by Mr.Thejesh, you can also go for head hunting. But sometimes it is necessary to go according to your requirement. Suppose, if you are looking for your requirement in some isolated locations, you may not find suitable candidates by online systems. For such situations, head hunting is a better option.
