Hi,
As per my view,If you have done or planning to do MBA HR,then always without any second thought go for HR and not for Admin Job.
1.Admin & HR both have different roles & responsibilities.
2.There is no scope in Admin in terms of career and financial growth.
3.If you have decided to do Admin now and later HR,I don't think it will be a relevant experience going forward.
4.Wait for some more time and look for HR job.
But due to any emergency/reason,if you need to take this Admin job now, take it and think what you can do in nearby future (I mean always keep alternate plan/back up).
Have a nice day!
