Labour certificate - the procedure and implications for the same?

I am a security service provider. If the number of employee goes beyond 20, i need to get the labour certificate. Can i know the procedure and implications for the same?

Dear Abhishek, there is nothing called "Labour Certificate" on the contrary, Please find out whether you come under the purview of "Maharashtra Shops & Establishments Act"
