Hello All, I am writing this as these days i am looking for switching career in SAP. But i am quite confused as i possess 5 yrs experience in HR Talent Acquisition in a reputed organisation like HCL and JKT-Noida. My current designation is Senior HR Executive -Resourcing. Currently my role is target based continuously its like if i won't be able to give business to the organisation then thay may kick me out.
But by ALMIGHTY grace i am capable enough to achieve my target. I need suggestion as i am thinking to switch my career in SAP HR/HCM domain so should i move to that but for that i have to begin as a fresher then it will be possible. Kindly suggest what to do should i proceed in my current TA role as in upcoming growth or should i take the risk to switch on SAP. If you have any other career suggestion related to HR please share.
My qualification is B.A (English Hons.) + MBA in HR(Regular)

Hi Shazia,
Learning new technology specially SAP will be an added advantage. You have good experience as well, so I don't feel that you have to start it as fresher after completion of SAP.
Now a days SAP centers place candidates in good company after completion of course.
Do some market research for SAP courses and go with it. My wishes to you.
