Hi All,
I am working in a co. as HR Executive. Recently a new Business Head joined in our co. for whom we have offered salary of Rs. 12 lakhs p.a.
Now I am asked to prepare a tour annexure for him.
wherein I need to mention following things.
Outstation accommodation charges upto _____/- for Metro cities
Outstation accommodation charges upto _____/- for other cities
Outstation daily allowance towards food expenses_______/-
And also need to know what are the charges normally paid in the industry as local conveyance for using four wheeler.
Kindly help me with your opinions and experience to fill up the above amounts properly, And also guide me if any other things I should include in the travel policy paper.

Dear All,
I have been asked to prepare an overseas travel policy for Singapore,Dubai, Mauritius & Hong Kong.
Can anyone please suggest how do i decide the limits for Airline,Accommodation,Food etc.
Kindly suggest on how to go about in designing the policies.
