Hello everyone, How are the day-to-day activities of the HRD department planned? Performance app comes once a year, manpower planning also done maybe once in 3 to 5 yrs.....so on. Also a few examples on HRD Depts. targets. I require it for setting the targets of my dept.

1. Recruitment Target: where u set a target to recruit 'x' no of people for various positions ( in consultation with ur management on expansion plans).
2.A training calendar prepared every yr,to organise training for all the dept concerned
3. Attrition Control: Set a target for the dept to bring down the attrition rate to x% from y%.
