Dear Luong,
Employee training is conducted to bring organisational change. In many companies, though the employee training is conducted, the effects are not visible or tangible because the focus is on individual and not on the organisation. Occasionally there are cases wherein through individual was changed the organisational change could not be brought out. Therefore, while designing the training manual, you must keep this fact in the mind.
Training manual describes process for conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA), preparation of the training calendar and execution of the training programmes. Here most important part of proper TNA because if TNA were to go wrong, training efforts could go in vain. Earlier I have given my comprehensive reply on TNA and why employee training is conducted.
