Hi Sushmita,
These are some small exercise that you can apply in your organisation at a low cost-
1. On last weekend of each month you can arrange a meeting and there you can celebrate the B'Day of all those whose B'Day came in that month. The B'date you can get from your data. You have to arrange cake according to strength of the employee one day prior.
2. Arrange a complementary Lunch for the New Joinee on his Joining Day.
3. You can arrange some snacks party in the evening.
4. You can ask a Doctor to come on a specific day in the week for a specific time for regular check up of Employees.
5. You should keep a First Aid Box, which you must be having.
6. You can award Employee of the Month too with a trophy and a certificate in the B'Day celebration party itself.
Like wise you may arrange so many things to keep a good environment over there.
