Thank you dear all Seniors Colleagues. I love the way you help me in this bad situation. I love you all.
I have applied the redress of grivences as Boss called me "Dog tail", and use to call me "oye gaal sun" and much more which I cannot write on this dash borad.
My senior Manger wrote that he is totally satisfied with me work. And the HR Manager asked the Boss to resolve the matter friendly. And make a steps to measure my proformance.
But I am afraid of him and scared to come in the office now. I do not what he will do. I requested my counterpart of other city for mutal transfer but no body is willing to come they say that they cannot work in this envionment. My family is also worried about this all.
I do not know what to do.

My profile z core HR but i m finding it strange that that company has selected 5 other people for the same profile. At present the company is having strenght of 450 people n that too in delhi not here in chandigarh which is a branch office. they are saying that in coming months they are having an expansion plan. i am wondering what is the requirement of so many HRs.......i am new to this profession so kindly clear my doubt.

Dear M,
Majority always wins so if you are bigger then your boss and his created team then must stay there, otherwise move to some other place, before move must inform your Management about the behavior of your boss and on the last day reply to his all the abusive question in the way he deserves.

There are 3 actions for you...
1. if you like your job, forgt what is happening.
2. If you can move move from the job.
3. If you like the job so much, then gift the guy. (But first check if accepts and likes gifts... yes then if he fags.. if yes... go with him on his breaks...)
just a way to make sure to become friends with the boss.

I strongly back both points raised by Krishan,
That be patient and do work with at most perfection...
You would get the result untimatly.. here or else...as life moves on we will learn new are of behaviour in .
as human we can adapt to the situation...
I had seen a instance were below aspect of
"Employee never leaves his company he leaves his Boss".
and altimately other people will grow and you would be there alone...
Fight back ...with patience and your skills....
Success would be there...
Its been great saying... If you don't like the rule... then reach the top and change the rule....

I have only 3 months of experience i may not get other job so soon.So please advice me what should i do

Dear Imtiaz,
Many of us have faced this kind of situation sometime or the other in our careers.I think what most of our friends have said is true. Patience is golden. See, if you can hold out patiently against your rogue boss. It becomes too stressful, you should definitely start looking out for another job. Hopefully, the new environment and new boss will give you peace of mind.
All the best!

"When Employees change : Work suffer "
and
"When Boss Change : Employee Suffer"
if nothing change than..... : Our family ,Friend & lovable suffers"
so my dear friend .... " Suffer" is permanent other are to be changed...
my self experience is that every person is "Unique" so nobody can insult other... so when new boss will insult you than you just feel that he insult your "Work" ....not "You"....
