Hi all, I joined in a XXXXX company with a 2 years bonding period, bond breakage is 2lakhs. After 1 month itself i am facing lot of struggle in this company like more than 12 hours working, No training, Screwing up with manger, Humilation with the Team Lead. I am totally depressed deceided to leave the job. suggest me how can I approach. Should I abscond or drop a resignation mail stating my issuess. I dont want any experience certificate

Hi,
I would suggest you to get relieved properly.
Please check your Bond. In any bond there will be some separation clause apart from monetary part. As you want to leave in just two months, they may consider for 2-3 months notice period. Talk to your HR and explain your situation. They will try to help you...

Yes, absconding is not the path nor the solution. You may submit the resignation with in compliance to the notice period. As regards to the bond, you can take stand that the bond is not enforceable if, indeed, no special training has been imparted. Anyhow, the bond cannot be enforced unilaterally.
