Dear Seniors,
Iam Fresher i dont know about PF , ESI Calculation and my company also very small iam a first HR Person over here. we are design Textile company. Recently we changed from Firm to Pvt Ltd . so please guide me for all HR basics but now we are going to start ESI & PF so mainly please help me regarding Calculations and 2013 holidays.
