Hi Anurag,
some questions:
Have you signed an appointment letter where these clauses are clearly stated?
What is your correct date of joining? Is this mentioned in the letter?
Have you given a formal letter of resignation? Why do you not serve the notice period?
What is the amount you have to pay? Is this mentioned in the appointment letter?
Regards

Dear Anurag,
Need to understand more details. Pls share portion of the letter you received to understand exact meaning of the clauses mentioned.
Normally, the probation period is considered as 6 months to 1 year - needs to be mentioned explicitly in Appointment Letter.
You may ask for the Full and Final settlement copy which will give you break up of amount you need to pay to company.
Suggestion - send a month's basic salary along with your resignation letter by registered post and wait for their response. You will be happily surprised.
