Dear Experts,
My dad is working one pvt ltd co. They are deducting PF from his salary but not paying on behalf of him. I found this error last month while checking his salary slip. The EPF no. is totally different when we compared to all monthly slip. I have confused while seeing this salary slip and couldn't find out which one is the correct A/c no. When i asked to this dad he said simply they won't pay anything at all. At present they are deducting 900 as a PF.
My question is whether PF commissioner will check these companies or they'll getting bribe for allow this type of frauds.
Thanks in Advance

Dear NaveenKrishnan
I share your concern.
Many small private companies, esp. in Construction and Real estate sectors are notorious for flaunting Labour legislations and compliances.
The employees are too scared to complain against the company. In such cases, one has the option to follow-up through NGO's and RTI volunteers.
Such unscrupulous employers must be brought to book to prevent employees from being exploited.
I urge other senior members to give you more information on how to go about this and the protection available to whistle-blowers (employees who report the malpractices of their company).
Warm regards.

Thank you for your Comment sir,
Yes, employees are too scared to lodge a complaint against their co. bcoz of their job. if anyone ask regarding dis issue, ok if u dn't want you can go. Due to dis all employees are scared to raise their voice against them. But by doing dis, we lose both contributions.
what is the remedy . . ? who will care . . ?
