Dear Nobal,
There are two points in this cas.
a) if she is overed in ESI benefit alongwith her husband, she is entitled medical benefit under ESI a s applicable.
b) if your company includes her name in the company medical scheme only then she can claim the benefit.
c) Whether she is also an employee of your company.

Hi Nobal,
Very interesting query and I appreciate you asking. Well I am of the opinion that the insured employee of your company needs to approach the nearest ESI Hospital to get his benefits under ESI for Medical Pregnancy covered under his policy. ESIC Hospital will provide him free medical for his Spouse as per policy. I am sure you have already given him his Family Card.
