I have been working for last 2 years in Reliance as a Secretary But Job of nature is different, and I am having 2 years previous experience also as a executive in D-Link India Ltd, total 4 years experience in admin type job.
Now I dont have interest in Steno type jon I have been seeking growth in my career so that I have taken initiative and I have been appearing for MBA (HR) first semester examination from Symbiosis.
(1) In future, I am seeking job as a HR Executive so can u suggest. Is it a good step or not.
(2) I must change job after completion of MBA or during MBA. ( Right now I dont have problem in current job)
(3) During MBA working as a HR executive would be better, experience would be useful or not.

Dear Raju,
What is your educational background? Why are you going into the HR industry? If you can give some details about yourself and why you have opted for the HR industry, it will be easier to give some suggestions. Even those suggestions may not be the most appropriate but at least they will not be the standard cut and paste stuff that any of us can give you without knowing what your strengths and interests are.
Do let us know more. Thank you.

I am working in an engineering consultancy firm as a computer operator with HRD & Admn. department. I want to switch my career in the field of HR but my profile is more administrative rather than into a HR field, with no specialized area of HR like recruitment, training & development etc. How do I formulate my resume to increase the chances of getting jobs in HR.

Unless you already have a background in HR, I do not think you will be able to honestly change your resume to make you suitable for an HR function. However, since you are already in the HRD department of that company, it is an excellent opportunity for you to learn. On completing your regular work, put in extra hours to learn about the HR activities. By showing them your interest in HR while continuing to do well in your current function, they may consider giving you some part time opportunities to learn.

Dear Sir,
As far as my education background is concerned. I have done my graduation , M A from Delhi University, and right know, working outsource as a Secretary in RIL but my job of nature is different type, I have given assignement of Publication, Disputed cases, minor cases, Portal, Bill clearance through Sap, LDD monitoring etc.
Moreover, after 2 years, I am not having well confidence in my stenography because not in touch of stenography, secondly I am not looking better career in stenography.
I was quite impress with (HR) jobs thats why I have opted my MBA in HR and want to prove my self. Even my admin type experience would also be countable in this department.
It is my own interest to change profile and I know that I would be able to do it thats why I have taken it.
Pl. keeping in view above mentioned details, suggest me positive advices for future.
Thanks
Raju
