I am working in CPWD Civil New Delhi on contract basis as computer operator, The agency was not given the wages as per Delhi minimum wages 03/2017 effected but other agency has been payed his contract labour as per effected minimum wages. but our contractor has not to pay the wages as per current he had to told us that the high court has been stay on it... could you tell me what we will do...
