•Performance – Gap Analysis
•Training & Development – Gap Analysis
•Skills – Gap Analysis Or
•Competence – Gap Analysis

Anayaat has hit the nail on the head as the saying goes. In addition to that there is also another; that is closely related to performance: expecatation versus perception gap analysis (please search for SERVQUAL concept on the web).

Hi there,

I can create a format for you to use for yor organisation as skills analysis but before you do the study to identify the gap you need to do the following

Go back to the mangment and identify those skills you need to measure your employees against you have Generic Skills and you have job related skills or competencies.

you have nother set of skills which are sagrigated into technical skills, Soft skills which can be identified using the job description and made as job skills requirment

from that I can create a skills analyis form for your oransiation to be able to identify te gaps

Again you need tow things

Generic Skills idetified by the mangment & spesific skills required by the job once you hav idnetified what is requird then you can run the gap analysis to determine what is the skills available & then close the gaps between required & available.

I can help you identify skills required by the job if you send me job descriptions in batches then I can work on them while you identify the generic skills/ competencie required by the organsiatons
