Hello Friends, Myself Rahul. I Had Completed MCA In 2014 But Could Not Found Mine Interest Towards Technical Or Have Not Got Enough Hands On Technical Skills Or Technology. I Got Chance To Work In Start Up Company In Jan 2014 Under IT Development Team, Which Was Not Mine Cup Of Tea. But There Was No Person Who Will Look After HR & Admin Activities..After Seeing Leadership Qualities , Communication In Me Management Decided To Let Him Handle The HR Activities. They Given Me A Opportunity. So Journey Started From There In HR.
Later On I Found Hr Is Very Interesting And Having A Good Career In It. Since Then To Till Now I Have Been Working As HR And Spend 2 Years In The Same Company , Whenever In Future If I Think To Change The Company Then Will Other Companies Hire Me As HR . Some Colleague Said That Do Complete MBA Through Distance Learning. What Would Be The Challenges In Front Of Me Now Or In Future As Far As Career Is Concern????
So Please Give A Guidance For The Same.
Awaiting For Your Kind Reply.
Thanks

Dear Rahul,
Getting graduation in one discipline and working in another field is not new.
There are many who have attained success in a different field.
What is important for you is to be good in whatever you do.
While I appreciate your frankness in giving your background, your language and communication abilities have to improve a lot. As you continue in this job, work hard and improve yourself. MBA is one option. Otherwise also start working on your English language and communication abilities.

It's a startup you are working in, so you won't get the company brand benefits.
It will be smarter to go for an MBA because in the real world, labels carry a lot of value.
Does this mean you can't succeed without an MBA? No, not at all. Only that most recruiters will see your MCA and then HR workex in an unknown company - that wouldn't be very impressive and may even feel strange to some recruiters. You will have to do a lot of explaining and convincing to tell them that you are a great HR person despite no MBA/no big brand experience.
On the other hand, if you have an MBA, they will not even have that doubt. It would be easier that way.
