Thanks for the posting. First, I thought that Gap Anaysis referred to Gap between Perceptions and Expectation (similar to the SERVQUAL tool). Now, I realise it's the gaps between targets set and what's achieved for the various metrics used when Balanced Scorecard type of Performance Management System is employed.
