Hi Team, Looking for some help.

X number of employees work in my current organization and work for a client that pays us XX amount as a retainer on a monthly basis. Each of the employees dedicate certain amount of time on a daily basis to complete work for the particular client. Also given that the company has business overheads (Rent, Maintenance, utility bills, and equipment).

I need to find out the amount paid by the client on a monthly basis, are we paid correctly or are we underpaid.

Can someone please help me out?

Thanks in Advance.

Dear Aaron-D-And-39-Cruz,

The payment for your services will depend on the type of contract you have with the company. What type of contract is it? The different types of contracts are:

a) Fixed Price Contracts
b) Cost-reimbursable Contracts
c) Time-and-materials Contract

You may check Google and find out the definitions of the above contracts. Thereafter, you may check the contract agreement. You will get clarity once you do this check.

The heading of your post talks about employee productivity and cost. How do you measure employee productivity? Is the payment linked to productivity? To read more about labour productivity, you may click the following link:
