Since you are working from 10 am to 6 pm set up, there can be candidates who would ask you to call them or conduct at least their initial call/initial interviews at 8 pm since they are already working somewhere and they can't talk to you during their working timings, in such case, what would you do?

Dear Manogna,
Yes, it is important for the recruitment team to be flexible and conduct the recruitment tests or the initial interview that suits the candidate. Nevertheless, an interview with the higher authorities has to be conducted during working hours. In case, if you follow a 5-day week, then you may call the candidates on Saturday. For being present on Saturday, the recruitment team may take a weekly off on some other day.
Thanks,
