Good noon all, Am Dhasleema, working in a private organization since Aug'2018. My company is having ESIC benefits. I've got positive pregnancy result & now am 24 weeks pregnant(i.e., 6 months). And am expecting my baby on July'2019. My employer is pushing me to resign & they are promising that they will make the ESIC benefits available to me. They ask me to quit by the end of April'19. Pls suggest me how to handle this. I would like to avail my ESI benefits for 6 months.(i.e., 6 months wages)

If you need maternity leave give only the leave letter along with your medical certificates, i mean scan reports . dont submit the resign letter . if you are resign your job means you are ineligible for getting ESI maternity leave wages.
