Hello Friends, Is it mandatory for the company to provide PF and ESIC facility an employee from the first month?
Sometimes for most of the times, employees leave the organisation within 2 months or 1 month, in that is it becomes unnecessary to involve in such formalities?
Can a company start PF and ESIC facilities after 3 months for the probation period, after his confirmation or consistency in the job?
