Hello Friends,
Can anybody will send me the mail format of Birthday celebrations in Office, we are planning to celebrate each and every employee birthday on the end of every month.
How to invite all the empolyees to participate in celebration at office this is the first time we are going to start like one new policy. Kindly share me the email format
Cake and snack will provide by company itself..

Dear All,

As it has already been conveyed that we will have birthday celebrations once in month. So we have decided a particular day to celebrate and this day has been named as“ 1ne Click Employee Engagement Day” and below mentioned process will be followed.

• We will celebrate Birthdays on 4th Saturday of every month. The timings for this celebration will be 4pm to 6pm every month.

• All departments need to wind up their work by 4pm on every 4th Saturday so that all employees can participate and enjoy.

• We will be sharing the moments of Joy in these 2 hours whether it is related to Birthday, Marriage ceremony ,Marriage anniversary, Work anniversary ,or any other Important occasion of our employee’s life which will fall in the particular month.

• 100% participation will be mandatory and no leaves will be granted on this day.

• We will decide some theme according to the month’s festival and it will be communicated to all employee on prior notice.

For any query/suggestions feel free to discuss.
