We are about to celebrate Diwali on 6 in our office. And we are planning to invite our kids at work place so we can enjoy this Diwali with them in office.
Being an HR I have to float an email to employees informing them to bring their child at work place. Can anyone tell me what and how I have to draft an effective email.

Kindly put up a draft for others to read, amend and correct. It will help your drafting skills.

Suppose am a newcomer to HR and to your office. Am requesting you to give me guidance. What will you do ? Is it too difficult to draft letters ? It is said that instead of giving a man a fish daily, teach him to fish. That is what we are going here. Mere spoon-feeding will not help you to learn eating by yourself. Please take up the initiative, draft the letter and post it here. We are here to help you. Please dont think that we are putting you off or discouraging. Some of our professionals here feel so and end up causing more damage. When we started working, there was no internet. We learnt by doing things wrongly and got corrected by our seniors - sometimes politely and sometimes through shouting - but we learnt. These days even school-going kids are good at English. Is it so difficult to learn ? Best wishes
