Promotions,Transfers and Demotions
Retirement,apart from these policies,welfare to employees,
icebreakers,fun at work, etc.

1.Attendance Policy(Regular attendance report related companies employee)
2.Creating leave cards of all employees at the end of every month
3.Recruitment (as per requirement)
4.Organizing induction program for new employee.
5.Organizing training program
6.Celebrating employees birthday as well as work anniversary.
7.Appraise employee performance at the end of every year.
8.Handling employee compensation and benefit policy.
9.Handling employee sepration or termination policy.
10.Arranging Exit interview.
